Since Svetlana have graduated from Hunter DPT program, she has been working in outpatient PT setting. She is passionate about learning and helping people. Always going into deeper understanding of the body, mind and soul, she incorporates manual therapy as well as cranial sacral therapy, visceral mobilization and somato emotional release into her treatment sessions to address the sources of the issues rather than treating symptoms. She has received training from IPA, Barral, Upledger, Manipulation Institutes as well as Postural Restoration Institute and states that she is learning every day from her patients as well.
Svetlana have been privileged to work with an amazing group of neurologists and a cardiologist in Advanced Medical Care PLLC, which gave her a deeper understanding of many neurological conditions, chronic and acute, and allowed her to appreciate the value of combining multiple approaches to reaching mutual goals.
Svetlana is grateful for every opportunity to take patients into the journey of the heart to find balance, peace and love when moving forward to a brighter future.

Sarah graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences with a degree in Massage Therapy. After obtaining her New York State license in 2001, she has been using her skills in Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, Medical Massage, and Sports Massage in various work environments. These include volunteering at a non-profit organization, helping medical caregivers, Sports Clubs, Medical Spas, and Chiropractic and Physical Therapy clinics.
Meeting New York State requirements, Sarah has continued to further her skills through the years with Continued Education Courses in Medical Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Prenatal/Postpartum Care, Infant Massage (certified to educate parents), Massage Cupping, and the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
Sarah's studies of CranioSacral Therapy techniques at the Upledger Institute has been invigorating and inspiring to further support each person's process of self-healing.
Sarah enjoys combining Eastern and Western modalities in all her therapy treatments.
Elvira is Certified in Mastery of Swedish Massage bodywork and Lymph Drainage, Elvira has over 25 years of experience in body treatments using scrapping tools, cupping and variety of modalities to enhance patients’ experiences for achieving long lasting results with myofascial release, deep tissue release and whole body relaxation.
Elvira believes that as stress and anxiety become pervasive in the modern lifestyle, the artful strokes during therapy session act as balm that soothes the nervous system and fosters a sense of calm. The ancient art of treatment remains a beacon of serenity, signaling the patients to pause, breathe and embrace the propound benefits the massage bestows upon both body and soul.
Elvira is detail oriented and passionate about her work believing in the beauty inside and out.
Alex have achieved MD in internal/rehabilitation medicine in Europe and practiced for over 14 years in the clinical setting working with professional athletes with acute and chronic conditions as well as with patients with a spectrum of neuromuscular dysfunctions using PNF, Mulligan manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation to achieve rehabilitations goals.
Alex have also been trained and certified with Shock Wave Therapy in Storz Medical Center, and have successfully applied this non invasive regenerative method in the patient population with chronic conditions including and not limited to myofascial dysfunction, OA, overused/soft tissue injuries and with a variety of orthopedic/neurological conditions associated with spine and decreased mobility/function/pain.
Alex believes that desired results can be achieved in the most comfortable manner with accent on progress rather than painful application of techniques.
